בצורה בולטת בא לידי ביטוי השיפור באקלים חדר המורים. אנו מאמינים כי האקלים המיטבי בחדר המורים מהדהד לאוירה הכללית בכיתה ומשפיע על מדד יחסי מורים - תלמידים, תחושת השייכות ותחושת המסוגלות של תלמידים והמורים כאחד.
בהובלת מדריכת אח"מ נבנתה תוכנית שנתית לשימור הנתונים המצוינים ולשיפור המדדים הדורשים התייחסות ודיוק בתהליכים החינוכיים.”
