“אולפנת חריש היא בית חינוך בצמיחה. החל מתשפ"ד האולפנה שמה לעצמה כיעד לעלות קומה באופן ההוראה ולהעמיק את הלמידה.
צוות האולפנה מתמקצע בבניית משימות לימוד בהתאם למטרות עמ"י; ערכים מיומנויות וכמובן ידע.
בסיוע הרשות, עיריית חריש האולפנה בוחנת מעת לעת את משימות הלימוד הניתנות לתלמידות, בדגש על רמת מורכבות קוגניטיבית ועל איפיונים פדגוגיים של לומד עצמאי. הממצאים מובאים בפני הצוות, ולפי זה נקבעים היעדים להמשך שיפור.
יש לציין שבניתוח משימות הלימוד בתשפ"ד, נצפה שיפור במעבר ממשימות שפותחו בגישה הביהביוריסטית המדגישה אימון ושינון אל יותר משימות בגישה הקוגניטיבית המדגישה תהליכי הבנה ואל משימות בגישה הקונסטרוקטיביסטית המדגישה למידה פעילה, מקור פנימי ללומד.”
