“בית הספר שלנו נמצא בתוך כפר נוער, לבית הספר מגיעים תלמידים מבתי ספר שונים בארץ ומבתי ספר שונים בראשון לציון, בשל הקורונה, המלחמה וכל אירועי העבר. תלמידים רבים מגיעים לבית הספר עם פערים בשפה, עם קשיים בהבנת הנקרא ואפילו בקריאה.
בעזרת רכזת עברית והמורות לעברית בנינו תכנית ייחודית הכוללת חוברת בית ספר, ספירלית, המתחילה בחזרה על נושאי העברית מהיסודי והם מתקדמים בשלבים עד התכנית המותאמת כיתה. אנו עורכים מבחן בתחילת שנה ובסוף שנה ואנו רואים התקדמות יפה (כמובן זה משפיע על תוצאות מבחני עמית). יחד עם זאת, בנינו מרכזי למידה צבעוניים ואטרקטיבים, עם משימות שונות בעברית לביסוס הלמידה. תלמיד בוחר מתוך המשימות, יש מעקב על ההתקדמות, המשימות כוללות משחקי עברית יחד עם משימות של מיזוג טקסטים (כיצד כותבים סיכום וכד). ההתקדמות מבוססת נתונים ונכרת התקדמות!”
