“בחטיבת "יונתן נתניהו" אנו מאמינים כי כל תלמיד הוא ייחודי וזקוק לתמיכה אישית המותאמת לו.
כדי להבטיח שהתלמידים ירגישו שייכים ומוגנים, מתקיימות בתחילת השנה שיחות אישיות עם התלמידים והוריהם, על בסיסן מתקיים מיפוי לכל תלמידי החטיבה בו עולים החוזקות והצרכים האישיים הזקוקים לפיתוח וחיזוק. בהתאם לנתונים אלו מותאמת תוכנית אישית לכל תלמיד, לכיתה ולשכבה, כדי שיוכלו להתמודד עם אתגרים לימודיים ורגשיים.
ביה"ס מחויב לפיתוח אקלים חינוכי מיטבי, המאפשר לכל תלמיד למצות את כישוריו האישים, זאת תוך בניית חוסן אישי וחברתי באמצעות:
התאמה אישית: מיפוי צרכים והתאמת תכניות לימודים ותמיכה רגשית לכל תלמיד.
סביבה תומכת: יצירת אווירה נעימה ומעודדת, המאפשרת שיח פתוח ובניית קשרים חברתיים ע"י שיחות אישיות, קבוצתיות וטיפולים רגשיים.
שיתוף פעולה: חיזוק הקשר ובניית אמון הדדי בין ההורים, התלמידים, המורים וקהילת העיר.
פיתוח מקצועי: הכשרת צוות ההוראה והטמעת שיטות הוראה חדשניות. ליווי כלל הצוות, תוך חשיפה לפרקטיקות חינוך שונות.
הערכה מתמדת: שימוש במגוון כלים להערכת התקדמות התלמידים והתאמת התוכניות, זאת לאחר כל פעילות, לאורך כל השנה.
בית הספר מקיים בנוסף שאלוני אקלים פנימיים במטרה לשמר תכנים משמעותיים, לאתר קשיים ולטפל בקשיים אלו. גישה הוליסטית זו תורמת להצלחתם האקדמית והחברתית של תלמידינו.”
