חזון ישיבת בני עקיבא אדר"ת מושתת על הפסוק: "וטהר ליבנו לעובדך באמ"ת". כששלושת אבני היסוד שלנו הם: אהבה: חינוך לערכים, אהבה וחיים בשותפות. מצוינות: "בכל דרכך דעהו" - שאיפה למצוינות בכל תחום. תורה: בניית אישיות של עובד ה', מתוך חיבור עמוק לתורה וקיום המצוות.
יסודות אלו של אהבה, מצוינות ותורה, הם נר לרגלינו ואנו משקיעים ופועלים בישיבה בדרכים מגוונות, כדי להנחיל חיבור והרגשת משפחתיות הן בקרב התלמידים והן בקרב הצוות, בכבוד הדדי לכל אדם באשר הוא. נוסף על כך היסוד של שאיפה למצוינות בכל תחום – ולאו דווקא בתחום הלימודי, כדי לחנך את התלמידים לשאוף לגדולה והתקדמות אישית וכללית. וכמובן הכל לפי דרכה של תורה, מתוך חיבור עמוק לקודש ולעבודת ה' בשמחה ובנעימות.
שמחנו מאוד לראות בנתונים שפורסמו, את נקודות החוזק שלנו כישיבה ואת המקומות שעוד יש לנו לאן להתקדם בהם. אנו מודים לה' יתברך על כל הטוב שגמלנו, ומתוך עוונה ולימוד הנתונים, נמשיך יחד לשמר ולשפר, ללמוד ולהתקדם, לטובת התלמידים הנפלאים שאנו זוכים לחנך בישיבה.”
