“עם קבלת תמונת המצב הבית ספרית התכנסה הנהלת בית הספר לדון בתוצאותיה ולאחריו התקבלו החלטות.
נבנתה טבלת התבוננות המרכזת את מאפייני התלמידים בתחום הלימודי, החברתי והרגשי מרגע קליטתם בבית הספר. לאחר מיפוי מדויק של צורכי התלמידים שובצו התלמידים לפי הצרכים שלהם והם נמצאים תחת מעקב אחר קצב ההתקדמות האישית של כל אחד ואחת מהם.
הצוות החינוכי בנה תוכנית לימודים מיוחדת אשר מתמקדת בחיזוק מיומנויות השפה העברית. התוכנית חוצה תחומי דעת כך שבכל המקצועות רבי המלל המורים שמים דגש על מיומנויות השפה העברית.
נבנתה תוכנית ייחודית הנקראת "ללמוד איך ללמוד" שבמסגרתה מושם דגש על מיומנויות הכרחיות בעולם המודרני: עבודת צוות, חשיבה מחוץ לקופסה, יכולת לעמוד מול קהל, גמישות מחשבתית, יצירתיות, אוריינות דיגיטלית.
בשיחות אישיות בין מחנכי הכיתות לתלמידים מתקיים דיאלוג שבמסגרתו, בין השאר, נקבעים יעדים ומטרות.
הנהלת בית הספר הציבה את המצוינות כערך מרכזי בהוויה הבית ספרית. לשם כך ניתנה תוספת שעות לטיפוח מצוינות, יצרנו שיתופי פעולה בקהילה והבאנו לבית הספר תוכניות מצוינות רבות: כיתת מופ"ת, כיתת פסגות, רובוטיקה, סייבר, סטאר טק, ניצנים ג'וניור ועוד.
לצד כל זאת פועלת בבית ספרנו תוכנית ייחודית לטיפוח אקלים לימודי מיטבי המאפשר תהליכי למידה עמוקים המעודדים את התלמידים להיות פעילים בתהליך הלמידה.”
