“לאחר יישום תוכנית העבודה שנבנתה על בסיס הנתונים שהתקבלו, נערכו מיפויים בית ספריים, שהצביעו על שיפור ניכר בתוצאות ובמיומנויות שנדרשו לחיזוק. הצלחנו לטפל ביעילות בנקודות שהוגדרו כחלשות, ובכך להביא את התלמידים לרמות גבוהות יותר של הישגים. בנוסף לכך, בית הספר זכה להכרה והישגים בתחרויות ארציות, תוך זכייה במקומות ראשונים בכל התחרויות בהן השתתף.
ההצלחות הנ"ל נבעו מהצעדים המכוונים שנקטנו, כפי שיפורטו להלן: 1 - הנתונים נחשפו לצוות המורים לצרך למידה מעמיקה לבניית תוכנית עבודה קבוצתית - כיתתית- שכבתית - בינתחומית הן לצורך שימור החוזקות ושיפור התחומים הדורשים חיזוק; 2 - נצלנו השעות הפרטניות והשעות הבודדות שנרכשו בתיאום עם מדרכים למען שיפור התחומים הדורשים חיזוק והובלת תלמידים למצויינות; 3-רכשנו תוכניות מגוונות מגפ"ן, אשר תרמו רבות לשיפור המצב והעלאת המוטיבציה אצל התלמידים כמו הוראה מתקנת ואסטרטגיות לימוד מותאמות; 4-ליווי והדרכת צוותי ההוראה ופיתוח מקצועי של המורים על ידי השתלמויות ומפגשי הדרכה, שהתמקדו בשיפור מיומנויות הוראה והתאמתן לתלמידים ברמות שונות; 5-הלמידה החוויתית ושילוב שיטות הוראה מגוונות הייתה צעד טרמה להגברת מעורבות התלמידים וחיזוק המוטיבציה שלהם והעמקת ההבנה בנושאי הלימוד; 6- ישום מודל תלמיד מאמץ תלמיד ומורה מאמץ תלמיד טרם רבות בהצלחת התכנית .”
