“במהלך השנה האחרונה, יישמנו שינוי משמעותי בתפיסת ההערכה העצמית של התלמידים בבית הספר באמצעות חוברת חדשה בשם "החלום שלי". החוברת מאפשרת לכל תלמיד לעקוב אחרי ההתקדמות האישית שלו במספר צמתים לאורך השנה. הרעיון המרכזי הוא שהתלמידים יתחילו לראות את עצמם כבעלי יכולת להשפיע על ההתקדמות שלהם, לא רק על ידי קבלת ציונים, אלא באמצעות הערכה עצמית ממוקדת. בכל צומת נדרש התלמיד להתבונן על המטרות האישיות שלו, לזהות את האתגרים בהם הוא נתקל ולבנות תוכנית פעולה כיצד להתקדם. התהליך מדגיש את חשיבות האחריות האישית והלמידה מחוויות קודמות, כך שהתלמידים לומדים מה הצליח ומה דורש שיפור. הם מתבקשים לרשום מה עזר להם להשיג הצלחות ומה עליהם לשפר בעתיד. התוצאה היא שתלמידים לומדים להתבונן פנימה, להבין את הכוחות והחולשות שלהם ולתכנן כיצד להתקדם בצורה מודעת ואחראית יותר. חוברת "החלום שלי" הפכה לכלי רב ערך שמגביר את המוטיבציה והמודעות העצמית, והיא מובילה לשיפור בהישגים ובהתפתחות האישית של כל תלמיד.”
